eat too much during CNY fest. Fear no more. The following are some of the exercise tips u can learn to maintain a life long healthy lifestyle.

Concentrating (28 jan 09)

Very seldom u get to see charlie focusing on something. She was there for so long that i could even go get my camera and took a few shoots of her and she was totally not distracted at all.

What is she doing ? She was trying to fix the shape of the deflated egg.

yy's 6th birthday (29 Jan 09)

It's YY birthday again ! He is turning 6 years old. My YY already a big boy! Time really flies. When I look at charlie I will realised I could not really recall how yy behaved when he was that young. It seems so long ago. hmmm must remember to always take video and photo of them.

For this birthday, he wants to do everything himself from putting the candles onto the stands and placing them on the cake (actually that all he did).





Earlier this afternoon before we collected the cake from Northpoint. YY as usual was very excited with his cake. I was very tired that day and took a nap after lunch. He came to me by my bedside and ask when we are going to collect the cake. I brushed him off as I was trying to catch some sleep then. When I woke up from my nap I saw him playing quietly on his own next to me. When I asked him what is he doing, he replied me cheerfully that he was waiting for me to wake up so we can go collect the cake after that. Oh I felt so bad for brushing him off earlier and he was such a sweet boy. (if it is Charlie, I bet that girl will jump and scream till I give up :P )

playing with the keyboard (28 jan 09)

We took out the keyboard over the weekend and charlie seems to be very fascinated by it. She will played the keyboard everyday. But again once the novelty wore off after 2 weeks, it is simply another "toy" at home collecting dust.

Silly me was so pleased seeing charlie enjoying herself. So much that I went on to enroll her in the trail lesson by Semipi music school (MIM). She was enjoying herself in the trail class but I feel it is too expensive and she being too young to appreciate those music notes taught in class.

say Cheese (28 jan 09)

Charlie started to say Cheese whenever she is taking photo. It started with just one pointed finger then she changed to more fingers. No matter how many fingers, the problem now is her hand gesture is always blocking her face when the photo is taken :(

CNY is finally here ! It is again the rush like mad season.

Charlie loves to wrap herself with our blanket. I think her eyes are closed not becos she is pretending to sleep but due to the flash light from the camera. Btw Elmo is one of her fav. character too.

Charlie tends to cry alot recently. She will scream and cry over the slightlest thing irregardless to whom. It can be her refusal to sleep or eat, fighting over toys, switching off the TV, yy siting too close to her or resting his body against her etc.

It does not help at all until we give in to her request. This has force me to think of a new method to curb her "attitude". We have came up with trying to "threathen" her with pictures and video of her bad temper and will show to everyone else.

Results : she is still behaving the same and I ended up with quite a few pictures of her crying


Conclusion : it is not an effective method.
